Young Artist Recital: Rebecca Hardwick

REBECCA HARDWICK (soprano)

Our young artist recital this year is given by Rebecca Hardwick, accompanied on piano by Ian Tindale. She sings a broad range of song from Mozart and Handel to Richard Strauss, and also includes songs by Rebecca Clarke, Arthur Bliss and Russell Pascoe.

Rebecca recently graduated from the Royal College of Music as an RCM Scholar with Tim Evans-Jones, and was a Christine Collins Young Artist with Opera Holland Park. Among many plaudits, one reviewer commented that she sang “…with conviction and panache”. Rebecca is particularly interested in performing contemporary repertoire, and also sings with the Monteverdi choir.
